About EstateFlow

EstateFlow is a platform built for estate sale, garage sale, and auction businesses that are tired of running their operation across five disconnected tools. Cataloging, staffing, settlements, a public marketplace, live proxy-max auctions, CRM, marketing, and CPA-reviewed accounting all live under one login.

We built it around a simple principle: software should make a liquidation business easier to run without taking control away from the people running it. That shows up throughout the product - our AI features draft suggestions and marketing copy, but a person always reviews and approves before anything goes out or changes financial records. Our AI Assistant and marketing copy generation run on infrastructure we control by default, rather than sending your client and listing data to a third-party AI vendor, and you can add your own API key in settings if you'd rather use a different provider.
