Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern use of EstateFlow, operated by Software Pros Inc. By creating an account or using any public part of the platform (browsing a marketplace listing, bidding on an auction, RSVPing to a garage sale), you agree to these terms.

Accounts

A tenant account represents one estate-sale/auction/liquidation business. Whoever creates the account is responsible for the accuracy of listings, sale terms, and settlement figures entered under it, and for keeping login credentials secure.

Auctions and bids

Bids placed through EstateFlow are binding offers to the listing tenant under the terms that tenant publishes for that sale. EstateFlow provides the bidding infrastructure (proxy-max bidding, anti-sniping extensions, reserve tracking) but is not a party to the sale itself - the contract for a won item is between the bidder and the tenant running that auction.

AI-generated content

Marketing copy, images, and suggestions produced by EstateFlow's AI features are drafts. A human at the tenant must review and approve them before anything is sent or acted on - EstateFlow does not represent AI output as verified or final until a person approves it.

Acceptable use

You won't use EstateFlow to post fraudulent listings, place bids you don't intend to honor, scrape or abuse the public endpoints, or attempt to access another tenant's data.

Availability

We aim to keep EstateFlow available and reliable, but the platform is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We'll do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
